Delivery Details
 Delivery Ok, we are going to let you in on a little secret.....our very local Post Office here in the Old Town of Edinburgh is six doors down on St Marys Street! This means we carefully box up your goodies using as much recycled packaging as possible, and nip down the street to send it to you pronto! We charge as little as we can for postage, and send all our items by standard UK delivery at a cost of £3.50 per order. If you order multiple items you will still only see basic P&P on the total. We reserve the right to add postage to the correct weight and size of the order and contact you for payment of the excess(we love a chat as well). As we are just up the street, we will nip down and check the cost so you only get charged what it actually costs to send them to you. We will endeavour to deliver your goods promptly but cannot accept liability for delay, most goods should arrive within 5 working days, again feel free to contact us if you have been waiting longer on the email address at the bottom of this page. Returns If you are not happy with your purchases, items may be returned for refund or exchange providing they are received within 14 days of the original delivery date in brand new,unused condition, in the original undamaged packaging ( we have to be a bit of a stickler on this as we only hold limited stock and must re-sell items.) Please send us a note with your name, address, email address, contact telephone number, order number, the reason for the return and what refund/exchange you require. We will take into account the condition of the product being returned when making a refund. As soon as your goods arrive back at Present, we will process your request for a replacement item or refund. We will notify you via email as soon as it has been processed. Present will deduct original postage costs incurred by us if items are sent back for a refund unless item is faulty. You will need to pay the cost of returning goods to us, so its a really good idea to get a Certificate of posting from the Post Office in case things get lost in Transit. Neither refunds nor replacements can be made until the items are recieved by us here in Edinburgh. |
