Terms and Conditions

We want you to be totally satisfied. We are committed to being available by phone or email to answer any queries you may have. If you have received anything from PRESENT, or used our services to send to others and are not entirely happy, you can count on our complete help and cooperation.

Ordering and Payment We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of despatch. This is to ensure your information is handled safely. Payments are processed securely and no card details are stored on our server. No order is accepted by PRESENT until it has been checked and approved. If there is a problem we will email you within three working days.
Tax The purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders dispatched to addresses outside The United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment-by-consignment basis and we cannot predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied.
Delivery We send our lovely items direct to you by standard UK delivery at a cost of £3.50 per order. We will endeavour to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay, most goods should arrive within 5 working days, again feel free to contact us if you have been waiting longer.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations We want you to be absolutely delighted with all your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer no hassle refunds and exchanges.Please see our delivery details.
Refunds: Simply return your purchases to us within 14 days of receipt, clearly stating that you would like a refund. We will then reimburse the full value of the returned goods. The cost of returning goods to us for refund is the responsibility of the purchaser. This is conditional on the return of goods in their original packaging and in good condition. We do not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or in any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion.
Exchanges: Simply return your purchases to us within 14 days of receipt. We will then despatch replacement goods straight away. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply.
Cancellations: You can cancel an order by emailing hello@buygiftsatpresent.co.uk quoting your Internet order number. If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, please simply return your purchases to us by following our refund instructions.
Statutory Rights These Terms and Conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights.
Law Any dispute to be governed by Scottish Law.
